We expect the highest level of workmanship from our trades people and ourselves. Whether your new home is modest or generous, the same level of care is always taken. While each MLH home is unique, quality craftsmanship is standard.

Fred Carmosino (B.Comm.Hons.)
Partner
Fred has several years of practical experience in managing business operations. At MLH he is responsible for financial and legal administration, project development and sales. Fred is the first point of contact for our new clients.
Brian Saumure (B.Arch, B.Poli.Sci.Hons.)
Partner
Brian usually finds himself on each side of the desk, both on site and in the office. At MLH he is responsible for project planning, project management, design, estimating and client contracts. Brian helps turn ideas into bricks and mortar.
Steve Ardington
Design / Project Manager
Steve is a trained architectural technician and has worked in construction management for some time. At MLH he is responsible for permit and technical drawings. Steve also manages purchase orders, trade contracts and macro construction timetables.
Dan Saumure
Site Supervision
Dan has worked in a managerial capacity in both construction and aeronautics. At MLH he is responsible for maintaining construction schedules and the daily organization of trades and suppliers. Dan is also MLH's health and safety representative.
Beth Tyler
Service Specialist / Master Carpenter
Beth came to MLH as a skilled carpenter. Her beautiful work graces most MLH homes. She also provides pre-delivery and after sales service for our clients. Beth ensures that no detail is forgotten in an MLH home.
Oscar Cerna
Sr. Site Coordinator
Oscar has been working in construction for several years. At MLH he is responsible for keeping our worksites on track. Oscar is usually called upon to complete various tasks throughout a project.
Todd Green
Site Coordinator
At MLH he is responsible for keeping our worksites on track. Todd is usually called upon to complete various tasks throughout a project.
Alex Umana
Site Coordinator
At MLH he is responsible for keeping our worksites on track. Alex is usually called upon to complete various tasks throughout a project.
Kent Holmes
Business Development
Kent is a recent addition to the MLH family and brings 20 years of professional real estate experience and knowledge with him. Kent will be facilitating further growth of MLH through his role in business development, and will assist in identifying potential development sites, projects, and partners.
Chris Quesnel
Bookeeping
Chris works on the daily accounting requirements of MLH. He is responsible for bookkeeping, invoicing and payroll. Chris keeps everyone happy every Friday.
Jessica Carmosino
Office Administrator
Jessica works on everything from monthly accounting reports and reconciliations to website maintenance and office systems.
