MLH is an accredited Government of Ontario Ministry of Municipal Housing and Affairs design/build firm. As such, we do our working drawings in house. Bring us your "wish list" and we'll put it to paper. Not only will your new home be truly custom, MLH does NOT charge for architectural drawings when we construct your home. That's value added even before a shovel hits the ground.
Constructing Services
Our team is efficient and hard working. At MLH we guide you with very detailed drawings, specifications and selections so that you know exactly what to expect from your build. We clearly define all aspects of the construction up front. Your budget will not change unless you alter your selections. Unlike common industry practice, MLH does not overcharge for changes made after design completion. MLH is also a certified Energy Star builder.
Land/Property Development
At MLH we are always looking for properties with development potential. We purchase urban and rural properties where we find an opportunity to create something unique and build value. If you think that you may have an interesting development opportunity - we'd like to hear about it. Whether you'd like to sell, need financing help or consulting advice, MLH has expertise that you can use.
